A visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, 2020 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, IL. Interment on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Riverview Cemetery, Streator, IL.
