Romilda B. Krantz

Romilda Krantz, age 87, of Midlothian, Illinois passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022. Romilda was born February 25, 1935. Loving wife of 45 years to David Krantz; Beloved mother of Gary (Vicki) Welter, and Victor Welter; Grandmother of Marcy, Mandy, and Emily; Great-grandmother of ten, and Great-great-grandmother of five; Dear sister of Yvonne (Tim) Brown, and Elaine Brinkman; Fond aunt, cousin and friend of many.

In 1966 Romilda was the 211th woman in the State of Illinois to be certified with a Series Seven license to operate as a registered Representative of the New York Stock Exchange. Romilda was an Associate Vice President at Everen Securities working with her dear friend Walter Kasten in the International Department.

Romilda spent much of her free time as a faithful church pianist and Sunday school teacher.

A visitation for Romilda will be held Sunday, August 28 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A Chapel Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 beginning at 10:00am, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
