Paul J. Powell, age 91, of Crete, IL U S Korean War Army Veteran, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
Beloved husband of Mary (nee Harrison) Powell; loving father of Paul S. (Tammy) Powell and Karen (Dave) Kristofek; cherished grandfather of Paul R.(Tricia) Powell, Kevin Powell, Jason Kristofek, Justin Kristofek and Tabitha (Zach Hemple) Hardin; proud great grandfather of Olivia, Brenda, Nicholas, Matthew, Audrey, Sarah and Jonothan; uncle and great uncle to many. Paul’s memory will be cherished by many other relative and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16th 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. Funeral Thursday, February 17th 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery, Oak Lawn.
