Patrick Joseph Healy III

Patrick was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Patrick J. Jr. CFD and Ruth L. (nee Wise) Healy. Beloved husband of Janet (nee Brusek) Healy; loving father of Patrick, Liam (Lindsey), and Bridget Healy; dear brother of Margaret (Gary) Ward, Ruth Ann (Jim) Kelly, Tom CFD (Donna), William (late Linda), Keith (Christine), Kathleen (Dennis) Moriarty and Christine (Eric Tyrka) Healy; loved uncle, cousin, and friend of many.

Pat was a graduate of St. Laurence High School, Burbank, Illinois, Class of 1974, where he played football and wrestled. He joined the Chicago Fire Department in 1980 and climbed the ranks to Lieutenant before retiring in 2013. During his tenure, he was an Illinois Safety Fire Instructor (ISFI). Pat loved being retired. He traveled to visit family and friends, camping, scuba diving, and hiking. People that knew Pat will miss his smile, laugh, stories, and mostly his love for his family. Pat will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation that will be held Monday, May 22nd, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. Prayers Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 at 10:15 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Linus Catholic Church, 10300 Lawler Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453.
