I miss my son so much words can't explain. I would give my life for him. I keep thinking I will meet him again in heaven. I just hope my heart stays strong cause everyday that passes I feel it's getting weaker. When he left he took my whole soul with him. R.I.P. my loving son.

I miss you Joey! You started out as the kid across the street,then you became a part of our family. I swear you spent more time at our house than you did your own? Tony used to say we should claim you on our taxes!LOL You were really a member of our family, you actually did chores along with my own kids. You argued like brothers,but I will say I do not remember a time when you guys actually fought. You grew into a man that anyone would be proud to call their son! You were always smiling, laughing & so full of life! Why Joe?Maybe when we meet again you will tell me what happened that day God called you home.My children think of you as a brother, & my grand kids called you uncle Joey!
Melanie & Chelsie ask about you daily. They ask why they can't see Uncle Joey. It's hard to explain to a 4 & 5 year old. We all miss you so much. We will meet again in time & you better be ready for me or I'll brake your face!(Inside joke between Joey & I).Until we meet again,We love & miss you.

There are no words to express the loss of our beloved "son in law". Joey was like a son to us. He will be missed by all who  him. Our prayers go out to all the family.

Joey will be truly missed by anyone and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was kindhearted, made you laugh and always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are continual for the entire Quinn family. May Joey rest in peace and may God Bless him always, along with your family.

Joe is a great leader. His heart & soul inspires us all to do more.  He will be our  becan of light to go beyond.   He will strengthen the will for all of us forward.   

Roxy always talks about her son a very happy guy always smiling and helping people out and a good dad RIP Joe may Perpetual light shine upon you he will always be your guardian Angel watching over you and your husband and his brother and his son forever Amen

If you spent half an hour talking to Joe Quinn,  you made a friend.  He genuinely was interested in people,  in making them laugh, and getting to know who they were right off. He was easy to like.  If you ever spent 8 hours riding around in a car with Joe,  you knew a lot about him and he definatly made sure he found out a lot about you.  We would laugh and joke and stop In the middle of a story for a call,  handle some terrible thing for a half hour,  get back in the car,  Joe'd pick the story back up without skipping a beat. He knew the secret of having fun on the job. Marine, Policeman,  son from a fire family, Joe was hard to shock with gallows humor. Loyalty...if Joe was with you, it was "us" and "we", up and down, together, never failing. Generosity... Joe was happy help anyone who asked.  His greatest strength was the ease with which he gave of himself...  genuinely, happy to give of himself.

As Joe's partner, in all that time, I learned more about fishing from Joe then I ever learned at any other time from anyone else...and I don't fish.  Joe liked it and his passion for things spilled into you're memory.  I know great stories about people I've never met because Joe Quinn did the telling.  He will forever be one of the men who help set the bar, for me, on what friendship is about.  

Lord have mercy on you and on us all,  until we meet again.
