David Nathan Venegas

David Nathan Venegas, age 78 passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025. Loving Husband of 33 years to Jacqueline Venegas (nee Jedlowski); Cherished Poppy of Francine Venegas, Ruth Flores and Carlos Flores; Loving Father of Bobby (Michelle) Jedlowski, Timmy (Charlene) Jedlowski and Eddie (Michele) Jedlowski; Loving Grandfather and Godder of Zakary, Elyse, Taylor, Lauren, Ian (Rhiannon), Joseph, Ethan, David II, and Aiden; Loving Great-grandfather of Mateo and Moses; Loving brother of Ralph, Josephine and the late Nathan; Loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends.

David worked as a semi-truck driver for 55 years, and was one of the original Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile drivers! David was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, loved going camping and fishing. David was the foundation of his family and will be remembered as the happiest, sweetest and most generous man you knew. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held for David at Chapel Hill Garden South Funeral Home on Saturday April 12th, 2025 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with evening prayers and Military honors to begin at 5:30pm. Interment private.
