David Charles Urbaniak, age 34, of Midlothian, Illinois passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Husband of Jolene Urbaniak (nee Killian); Devoted father of Lyla Urbaniak; Beloved son of David Urbaniak and Christine (Terry) Rupp; Dear brother of Daniel (Nichole) Urbaniak, Caryn Naglak, Douglas Urbaniak, Mandy (Charlie) Anderson, Sarah (David) Baugher, Laura Rupp, Kayla (Ben) Vandermeyden; Grandson of the late Charles and Carolyn Kohler, Audrey St. Clair, and the late Leonard and the late Elsie Urbaniak; Son-in-law of Jeanette (Ronald) St. Clair and James (Donna) Killian; Brother-in-law of Sarah St. Clair, Yelena St. Clair, Leanne Becker, and Vincent Becker; Loving uncle, cousin, nephew and friend to many.
David proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. and as a Metra Police Officer.
A Memorial Visitation will be held for David on Thursday December 8, 2022, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn from 2:00pm until 8:00pm. Military honors ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.
Interment private at this time.
