Cynthia Elaine Perry, age 60, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Cynthia was born October 27, 1961. Cynthia leaves behind her siblings Tracy, Fred Jr., Teresa, Eric, Candice, Denise and Derrick.
A visitation for Cynthia will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Friday, October 7, 2022, a Wake will be held at 9:00 AM followed by a Chapel Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home. Interment at Beverly Cemetery, 12000 S. Kedzie Ave, Blue Island, IL 60406.
