Charlette L. Dunk

Charlette L. Dunk, age 85, passed away on August 20th, 2023. Loving wife of 32 years to the late Peter Dunk, Jr. and beloved partner of 27 years to the late Bruce Sladek; Cherished mother to Joseph (Kathy) Dunk, John (Judy “JuJu”) Dunk, Jacqueline (Sal) Roti, and Judi (Mik) Raybould; Adored grandmother to Jessica (Chris), Jason (Sarah), Jeremy (Leeslie), Andrew (Berenise), Diana (Steven), Angela (Kyle), Victoria, Matthew, Steven, and Anthony; Great-grandmother to Elsie; Dear aunt of many; Fondly remembered by Greg (Christine) Smith. Charlette will be dearly missed by the Sladek Family and was blessed to be a part of their family for 27 years. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Henry Anthony Jr., and Delores Wetterer, and parents, Henry and Johanna Anthony Sr.

Charlette had many hobbies and activities in life she took pride in, some being, but not limited to, cooking or baking for her loved ones, sewing and crocheting special items for others, gardening, and traveling whenever she could. She definitely had a sweet tooth with a special eye for all things ice cream. Charlette had many loves in life, but enjoyed spending her time with family and friends most. She will be missed by all.

Memorial Service for Charlette will be at 11 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Trinity Evangelical Covenant Church, 9230 S Pulaski Rd, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
