Charlene M. Kowalczyk, aged 81 passed peacefully on November 16, 2019. Loving wife to the late Donald Kowalczyk for 40 years. Devoted mother of Sue (John) Shapiro, and the late Steven and Sharon. Cherished Nana to Jenny Shapiro. Charlene was President and member of the Council of Catholic Women at St. Richards Catholic Church, and an active member of the Golden Agers. Charlene's family would like to extend their gratitude to her two vigilant and loving caretakers Debbie and Alicia.
Visitation services will be held on Sunday November 24, 2019 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home from 3:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. Funeral Services will be held the following day, Monday November 25, 2019 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home at 10:00a.m. with internment to follow.
