A visitation for Cecelia will be held Friday, April 25, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Interment Private.
