Carolyn M. Lopez

Carolyn M. Lopez (nee Gowan), age 75, of Gardner, Illinois passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Carolyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ismael Lopez, daughter Sharon Lopez, her parents Martin and Albertin Gowan, siblings Marty, and Mike Gowan, Patricia Perez; daughter in law Tammie Lopez, grandchildren Jennifer Lopez and great-grandchild Kayden Lopez.

Carolyn is survived by her children Robert Lopez, Tracy (Jim) Weatherford, and Paul (Lisa) Lopez; grandchildren Stephanie, Alyssa (Benjamin) Buss, Alex, Jake, Matthew and Shawn; great-grandchildren Rylee, Greyson, Caleb, Olivia, and Dallas; sisters Rosemary Gurney and Judith Schwarz.

A visitation for Carolyn will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A chapel funeral service will begin Monday, February 20, 2023 at 10:00am at Blake Lamb Funeral Home followed by a procession to Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
