My deepest condolences to the family of Brian. I had the privilege of taking care of him in the early winter/springtime. We had some good chats, he was always very pleasant and very motivated to get well. I always went out of my way to go and say hello to him even when he wasn't my patient on our floor because he was such a nice person. I will continue to pray for his family, who he spoke of very lovingly, and for his wife and children whom was his motivation to get well.

I have many fond memories of Brian dating back to high school when I met Vicky and Jenny.  He was always smiling, laughing and joking around.  He was a genuinely nice guy.  

Jenny, words can't express how very sorry I am for you and the girls.  I have been praying for all of you for months now, and will continue to do so.  You are such a strong woman and a wonderful mother.  There is no doubt in my mind that Brian will be watching over you.  Rest in peace Brian, you are greatly missed and loved.

I Coached Brian when he was on the Cheyenne at Marquette Boys Baseball. Always liked that kid. My heart goes out to you his family. I pray for strength and healing for you in this difficult time.
May we all know that we will be united one day thru Jesus Christ.

Very sorry to hear about Brian's suffering and passing. My deepest condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Krzystof, Jenny, and your families. Over the years I have lost touch with Brian, but have many fond memories of bowling, playing baseball, football, and basketball as youngsters. I remember many sleepovers and even the trip to Florida I took with Brian, his mom and dad. I also remember when Brian met Jenny on a family outing to Great America. Kind of knew they had something special way back then. Wish I hadn't lost touch with everybody, but I know you will always have many good memories of Brian as do I. May he rest in peace.

It is very sad to know Brian has past. I did not keep in touch after 8th grade, but he was nice to all. Always in good spirits, always positive. I hope Jen and the children know that Brian will always be in their hearts and never ever forgotten! Brian will always be looking after all of you and he is not suffering. I wish the family well and you will be OK. Brian would want you to carry on and do well.

So sorry to hear about Brian. He was such a nice guy and so easy going. I could always count on him to laugh at my silly jokes! You and the girls were blessed to have him and he was blessed to have you. It's heartbreaking that he had to go so soon but I'm sure there has to be comfort in knowing he is at peace and will watch over you and the girls in spirit. I give you a lot of credit Jennie. You are truly a strong person.

 I a so sorry about your loss. I hope that you can find comfort in knowing he is in heaven. Prayers for you and your family.

I was deeply saddened when I heard about your passing.  I lived next door to you in Oak Lawn in Jr. high and High School.  I remember you telling me a nurse would come by often, but you were always in great spirits, and happy, it was hard for me to believe.  From what I can see you have carried that same happy spirit and passed it along to MANY others!  My heart is saddened for your family, especially your wife and daughters.

Teagan and Riley, I never met you but knew your dad. He was awesome! We joked with one another at work, and he left a lasting, positive impression. I moved away and really didn't come back to the area much. But I can tell you that he was a great guy, and I wish I had kept in touch.

Jen, I'm at a loss for words. . . . I still can see the smile you held when with him.

I'll never forget Brian's smile and his ability to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. Within minutes of meeting Brian, I felt like I had known him for years! Whether he was joking about Jeff getting the (green guy) tattoo, or talking about Jenny and his girls, his smile was always contagious. Jenny, the love that you share is one of the greatest loves I have ever seen. I know that he is watching over you and the girls, his loves. Its hard to believe such a fun,loving,adventurous guy had to lose his life so suddenly.  My heart breaks for your family & friends. Brian you will be forever missed by many, but you won't be forgotten. No more suffering no more pain. Its just you and the open roads of heaven. My heart hurts so badly. I'm angry that you were taken from us too soon. It's so hard to understand God's plan sometimes.  Your time here on earth was brief but you left a lasting impression. You left behind 2 beautiful little girls and an amazingly strong, faithful and loyal wife who NEVER left your side in sickness and in health just as you both promised in your wedding vows 12 years ago.  Teagan and Riley will always remember you as a loving father. We will make sure to carry on your memory with them. I know you will watch over them from now until eternity.  Your legacy will live on through the three of them forever.  

I remember the very first day I met you, June 20, 1998.  My first memory of you is being at Jay's house for Jen's 21st birthday and jumping the fence to play on the neighbor's trampoline.  I thought you were so crazy and fun.  Four years later, I had the honor of being a bridesmaid in your wedding and seven years after that; I was honored once again to be Riley's godmother.  I will hold these major life events close to my heart forever.  

We've had so many good times and I have a lot of wonderful memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.  

You may be gone but you will never be forgotten!! Love you!!!

Cuz,  I really cannot believe your gone. I have 38 years of memories with you, impossible to list them all. We had a million laughs together and shared some pain. We never once argued and never wasted a day being mad at each other. 

I'm so sorry your gone but so glad your pain and suffering is to. You will be missed by many but will never be forgotten.  We shared so so so many good times together but now its time to say good- bye. You take care of you and have no worries of those you left behind. I know I will see you again and will try to be strong the next couple of days because I know you would not want all this sadness. Jenny - I don't even know where to begin to tell you how much you inspire me.  You have two very important reasons to hold it together and those little girls are very lucky to have you as their mom.  You will get them through anything.  You have shown them such incredible strength.  You are an inspiration to Teagan and Riley and all of us that have witnessed you take care of Brian with such love and grace.

I am so sorry to hear of Brian's passing.  Brian was one of the "lucky" students who had me as a teacher for 5th, 7th, and 8th grades.  I was actually the lucky one.  I remember him as a quiet young man, but mostly I remember his smile. My prayers for Brian's family at this incredibly sad time.

Brian you are the angel that will always shine down on Jenny, Teagan & Riley.  You are 1 of the best brother in laws I could of asked for, I will miss our talks together and how we would pick on each other.  I have so many great memories of you and I will make sure the girls will always know how much of a great guy you are. You have impacted my life and I will never forget that and I will always miss you!!!

Linda Olson here. You will never know how I regret  after all this time that I have landed out of town for the time of actually getting to hear about the "person" vs the "illness" of Brian. I have such great sadness that I will be gone. Here is what my son wrote down for you: "I honor the kids, wife & family of Brian who stayed faithfully throughout his life by his side, supporting him. It's a long battle, I know. This is why I who have the same diagnosis  am in the research studies, hoping that people like Brian won't suffer, and I will be a part of finding a cure...I honor him for his long battle. Brian, you will be missed but never forgotten. You left an infinite stamp in many peoples hearts. I will always remember the good times we had at parties, concerts, and at Euclid, as well, while you were employed here but most importantly the time I got you to dance with me at my wedding back in 2005.  That was a fun time. You also were the one to inspire me to get my first tattoo and sent me to your tattoo guy and I thank you for that (the only one I have gotten so far). You are Jen, Teagan, and Riley's angel up above now and I know you will watch over them forever. You were a great dad and husband, and good friend to many. My other memorable moments are of the Halloween parties we attended and you and the guys would dress up in funny costumes and just be your funny selves...those moments will be cherished.

Jen, my deepest condolences to you and the girls and the rest of the family during this unfortunate time but know that Brian is no longer suffering and he will be with you always in your heart, soul, and mind.
