I Love You and Miss You with the deepest depths of my 💖

Aunt Terry would have wanted us to remember her, but not with tears in our eyes or sadness in our hearts. She would like us to think of her and smile. She had a fantastic smile and was one of the most genuine people I have ever known. She was always warm and welcoming and loved to spoil her family and friends with her love. 

One of my favorite days spent with her was when I was in college. She drove to Rohnert Park and met me for margaritas and Mexican food. She introduced me to tableside guacamole, and we laughed as we sipped our margaritas and gossiped about life. She was always such an easy person to spend time with. 

My favorite memory is having tea parties with my kids at her house. She would get all their favorite foods and have everything ready for them by the time they got out of school. She created Vinny and Gia's love of tea. Honestly, though, I do think they love tea because they love remembering having tea with Auntie Teresa.

Teresa was always such a kind and loving aunt.  She loved the holidays and a lot of my fun childhood memories are at her house for halloween.  She was always so excited to see our costumes and to show off her decorations.  I loved playing in her "graveyard" in the front yard and helping her decorate for the holidays.  Teresa always ended every conversation with "love you bigger than the sky" because she wanted you to know how much she cared.  I know she is watching over us as a part of that sky now.  

While deeply mourning Teresa together with Carson and Debby as well as her entire family,  Thanksgiving Day seems to be the right moment to express out heartfelt gratidute for the unique gift having known and experienced Teresa as a wonderful friend for 37 years. Teresa introduced us to the american dream in its best meanings. She combined working hard, being intelligent, ready-witted with caring warm-heartedly for her family and friends. Teresa spoilt us with her friendship promised for ever. She has been living true humanity including her unforgotten LOVE for her dogs and cats as well as animals generally.
Although we miss her sadly, let us be happy and filled with gratitude for this everlasting friendship.

I remember as a young girl the visits with Teresa when she came to Canada for visits and she would stay at granny Brummitt's house. She came with her mom, Auntie Doreen, for granny's 80th birthday celebration at the house. My most memorable time with Teresa was when she brought her sister Laura with her to Canada for a visit in 1980. Laura and I had been penpals as little girls and had never met each other.  Teresa's face lit up with the biggest smile to watch Laura and I meet for the first time. Such a special visit I will never forget.  
She was a thoughtful, kind, caring and generous person who l will especially think of when drinking champagne, something I remember her enjoying 🥂 🌹


The world will be missing a person of pure love and happiness. Teresa made it her life’s goal to put a smile on the face of whoever she was talking to and she made it seem impossibly easy. It’s hard not to imagine Ter with her cheeks glowing, and arms outstretched saying “I love you bigger than the sky”.  Everyone needs a Teresa in their life, and I’m so incredibly grateful I got to share so many moments with her. I’ll forever miss you and love you always. Love you bigger than the sky Ter, enjoy your time dancing with the stars. 

Theresa was one of the most genuine women I have ever met in my life. Every year for years we would get to see her at a birthday occasion and she was the light of the party. I never missed the opportunity to quiz her on her cooking and she would patiently tell me of all her wonderful recipes, I have never heard such beautiful, heartfelt laughter coming from within as with her at bills birthday she really sat down and took her time telling me of several gourmet dishes of hers, and it was so interesting and Joy is listening to her tales. The one thing I will always remember beside her beauty was her one of a kind laughter. 

I remember Teresa as someone with a bright open personality and overwhelming tolerance. I’ll miss her too.

Teresa had given me the impression to feel at home in San Francisco. It has been in 1995 when I was there to learn English, as planned. I didn’t expect that Teresa taught me in having a much broader view on things and to accept that there could be more than I can only see.

Due to her personality, she was able to be around, even being not in touch with each other over years. I’m so thankful to had have the chance to get known to Teresa.

My heart would always fill with happiness when Teresa called me her little brother and she truly was my big sister!!! Her wonderful family always treated me as one of their own and I felt so blessed!!!  To Carson and the rest of her wonderful loving and caring  family my deepest and sincerest condolences for your great loss but heavens gain!! And to Teresa " May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the warm  sun shine on your face. May the soft rain fall on your fields . And until we meet again , may God hold you in the palm of his hands!! My thoughts are with you, Carson. Aunt Terry was an amazing person with one of the kindest spirits I have ever known.  I will really miss her.

We will miss are sister. We have alot of good memories to carry in are hearts. We shared good times and good food as well laughter with family and friends. She is in the best place in the world now. She will watch over us now she is the light of the sky.

Auntie Teresa was always so warm and loving! My girls, Lincoln, and I loved going to her Halloween parties! We looked forward to them ever year! 

But my absolute favorite thing was to sit and visit with her. She would tell us wonderful stories from throughout her life, funny stories about the family, and stories about me when I was younger. 

One of my best memories was from when I was young. After pitching in a softball tournament, my arm was feeling pretty sore. I had it in my head that Auntie Terr was going to come over and do acupressure on me to make me feel better. My parents didn’t call her to come over, I just figured she would come over because I wanted her to. Then I heard a knock on the door. It was Auntie Terr. I told her, “took you long enough!” She had no clue that I wanted her help. She randomly stoped by for a visit. It’s like she read my mind.

Terry kept Christmas in her heart all year long. I remember when she had me climb up on the roof to call down the chimney to pretend to be Santa Claus for our younger sisters.
Although we were half the country apart, we kept in touch through our frequent telephone calls and texts. She always asked about my family and especially my grandchildren. She often told me about all the kind things that Carson was doing for her throughout their marriage.
We all miss Terry very much. God bless her and welcome her into his loving arms. 


Meeting Teresa for the first time gave us the immediate impression that she was a lovely, friendly and family-oriented individual. Teresa loved her sisters dearly; the camaraderie was apparent as as the expression  of love was ever-present. She was truly a fun-loving person. May you Rest In Peace Teresa. Heartfelt condolences to the entire family. 

Teresa the holiday queen. Rooftop rides, hot fudge sundaes with a Diet Coke, eggnog milkshakes, come on Debby you can do it (almost drowning me haha) baking, best Turkey ever, trips to Michael’s, trips to Disneyland, Canada and Hawaii (I wish I was a cowgirl but I’m afraid of cows a moo a moo a moo lol) sister lunches, Charlie Brown Christmas tree…these are a few of my favorite things.  I will miss you more than you will ever know!😘

I will miss sitting next to Terry at parties and laughing at her quick quips, jokes, come-backs and puns with that smirkey smile that always meant, she got me ! 

One of my many memories with my sister Teresa is when I was a little girl and she would sing to me Puff the Magic Dragon!  She has such a beautiful and soothing voice !  I love you sweet sister fly with glitter wings and be happy!  Until we meet again!💫😘✨💖
