Born on December 23, 1926, in Lordsburg, New Mexico, to Julian R. Fedrick and Cecilia E. Jones, peacefully passed away at home in Petaluma, California, on August 12, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Martha; his brother James (Caroline); his half-sister Alyce Knight, and was preceded in death by his brother Charles R. Fedrick (Shirley). Joe also leaves behind four children: Jolene, Dee (Denise), Dave (Laurie), and Julie Mazzoleni (Gary); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Joe worked for C.R. Fedrick Construction Co. in Novato for 47 years and also managed the Sonoma Rock Quarry. He was a longtime member of Sonoma County Trailblazers and enjoyed hunting in past years at Cow Mountain Hunting Club. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, 1806 Novato Blvd., Novato, CA on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. Donations may be made in his name to Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church.
