Shortt, Jr.; beloved husband of the late Patricia Ann Shortt; dear companion of Nancy Capella; devoted father of Melissa Louise Stutz; loving grandfather of Alexander William Stutz and Spencer Michael Buxton; brother of Francis Elizabeth Grant, Carol Ann Canapp and Jo Ann Miller.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove United Methodist Church, 19401 Middletown Rd., Parkton MD 21120. Inurnment Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 43025, Baltimore MD 21236-0025.
