William Harold Lambert, age 92, of Perry Hall, MD, former Standard Missile Program Manager at John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, passed away on February 12, 2023. He was the beloved husband, for 69 years, of Barbara Anne Lambert (nee Winters); devoted father of Valerie Lambert Prenger and her husband Robert, Jr., Mark Lambert and his wife Linda, and the late William J. Lambert; dear father-in-law of Patricia Lambert; loving grandfather of Grant and Anna Lambert, and Timothy Prenger; cherished brother of the late Mary Schruefer, the late Lena Wolfe, the late Raymond Lambert, the late Mildred Haddox, and the late Edward Lambert. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service for William will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 10 AM, at the funeral home. Interment services will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
