William "Bill" Lawrence Howard, Jr.

On June 28, 2019, William “Bill” Lawrence Howard, Jr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of Angeline B. Howard (nee Bacigalupa); devoted father of William W. Howard and his wife Colleen, Marguerite “Staci” Hooten and her husband Kevin, Benjamin I. Meli, Jr. and his wife Teresa, Susan Dransfeld and her husband Joe, and the late Douglas L. Howard; loving grandfather of Blake Hooten, Branden Howard, Rebecca Howard, Brittany Meli and her fiancé Colin McKee, Josef Dransfeld, John Dransfeld, Benjamin E. Meli, and Theodore Meli; cherished father-in-law of Lisa Howard.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, July 1, 2019, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, at 11am, at the funeral home. Interment services will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
