On June 10, 2011, Virginia Bennett, (nee Joynes),who worked 18 yrs. as a volunteer at Union Memorial Recovery Room after retiring as a salesperson for Tate Engineering. Devoted wife of the late, Charles H. Bennett. Beloved mother of C.Robert Bennett, and his wife, Anita, and Nancy Jean Taylor, and her husband, Eric. Loving Grandmother "Honey" of Timothy, Gregory, and Bryan.Loving Great-Grandmother of Ryan, Lily, Alexandra, Tommy, and Nicholas.Dear sister of the late, Carroll "Pat" E. Joynes, Jr. Also survived by several nieces and one nephew.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. at 9705 Belair Rd. (Forge Rd.) on Wednesday from 7-9pm.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, at the Augsburg Lutheran Home, 6811 Campfield Rd., 21207, at 11 AM. Interment at Parkwood Cemetery.
