Thelma Margaret Urbanski

Thelma Margaret Urbanski (nee Maas), passed away on September 6, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry Frank Urbanski; devoted mother of Nancy L. Backert and her husband John, Linda A. Duncan and her husband Richard, Karen T. Mirando and her husband Jeff, and Kenneth A. Urbanski and his wife Katarzyna Malas; loving grandmother of John Backert and his wife Jenna, Ryan Backert, Nicole Backert, Samantha Duncan, Mallory Taylor and her husband Zach, Bradley Duncan, Roman Urbanski, and Sebastian Urbanski; dear sister of the late Robert Maas, the late Henry Maas, the late Mary Jarkov and her late husband Melvin, and the late Dorothy Maas; cherished aunt of Patricia Benesch and her husband Stanley, and their children, Derek Benesch, Mark Benesch, and Brian Benesch and his wife Holly.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, September 10, 2023, from 2-4 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment will be private.
