Sybilla "Billie" Louise Kramer

On September 2, 2023, Sybilla “Billie” Louise Kramer (nee Plummer) passed away peacefully at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles J. Kramer, and the late Robert L. Kramer; devoted mother of Kathleen C. Callahan (Timothy), Gerard M. Kramer (Sharon), Judith A. Denzer (S. Thaddeus), the late C. James Kramer, Mary Regina Karmasek (the late Carl), Thomas G. Kramer (G. Lynne Ryan) and stepmother of the late Robert L. Kramer, Jr. (Susan), Steven J. Kramer (Patricia), James R. Kramer (Linda), Barbara K. Morisi, Thomas M. Kramer (Jocelyne), Patricia A. Stout (William); loving grandmother of Brian Callahan (Kaylinn), Matthew Callahan (Cori), Allison Heussler (Stephen), Chad Kramer (Nick), Jennifer Weaver (Robert), Christopher Denzer (Jessica), Melanie Denzer, Stephanie Denzer (Ryan Bridgland), Jessica DeBois (Marc), Gretchen Ayres (Daniel), Tori Kramer, Steven W. Visitations will be held at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Bel Air Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, September 10, 2023, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 10:30 AM, in the Chapel at Oak Crest, 8800 Walther Blvd., Parkville, MD 21234, with a visitation from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014.
