It has been many years since I worked at the Press, but whenever I returned, Pat was one of the people I wanted to see. She was a lovely, gracious, gentlewoman, and I extend my heartfelt sympathy to her husband and the rest of her family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Pat for almost 30 years. She was a real treasure. Always with that friendly smile of hers, a big hug if you needed it, and sage advise when you needed that. Angels above can now enjoy what so many of her friends enjoyed on earth - a truly wonderful friend.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss.  I had the good fortune of working with Pat at JHU Press for over 8 years.  Pat was such a special person.  She was never short on warm morning greetings, friendly smiles, funny stories, and meaningful camaraderie.  She made my work days truly enjoyable and I consider myself blessed to have known her.  Pat will remembered with much love.

Pat was one of the nicest people I have ever met and was also so kind, sweet, and smart. She will be missed and my prayers go out to those she is leaving behind.

Nearly every Thursday since I started at the Press, I've had the pleasure of eating lunch with Pat. She was a warm and beautiful person who stopped to pet every single dog she encountered on the way to our usual places--Lido's or The Dizz or Tamber's. She made our workplace brighter with her smile and positive energy--I missed her when she retired, and I will miss her more now. The only comfort I have is in my certainty that they are finally getting her beverage order right in heaven--iced tea with extra lemon! Love you, Pat. Janet

My Aunt from another as her & Mrs. Kathy G who has stood by her side for the entire battle would call themselves to me....It brought great strength and many tears to see the battle you faught...You always said you wish you had my courage and outspokeness well I must say through your fight you faught with smiles, laughter and outspokeness..... Love your niece  "Lakeyah" from another!!!!!! I send my heartfelt sympathy to you Mr. Paul....

Pat was such a sweet and joyful presence in our office at the JHU Press. I will miss her.
