On September 17, 2013, Otto Matthew Behr passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Vivian A. Behr (nee: Piotrowski); devoted father of Douglas M. and Scott M. Behr; dear brother of the late Dora Dragos. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family members.
