Neil was a great boss and better friend and will be missed by everyone from family to co-workers and associates.

I just heard about Neil passing away just last week and it has brought a lot of sadness. I only knew him through work as I am a vendor that worked with him over the past 4 years. Neil was always a great person to talk and laugh with and I will miss him. My condolences go out to his family and friends. Best Wishes!

While I never had a chance to work with Neil directly (except on special events) I found him to be a solid professional and colleague during my 28 years in the Department.  His efforts brought lots of smiles to the faces of Baltimore Countians over a fourty year career.  Rest in peace my friend.

I was sad to hear about Neil's passing. He was a great supervisor/friend when I worked for rec and parks. He was always helping others. Such a kind man.

Neil, was my co-worker for 25 years and someone I considered a friend. I knew he would speak his mind while always being professional, which was better then me. He will be greatly missed the county lost a great one, my prayers to all family members.

OUR nephew NEIL was a fine man and will be missed by all whose path he crossed. I Know BARBARA is welcoming him with open arms.
