Mary "Bette” Vaeth Hesson Mayhew on 01/07/2024 at age 85, devoted mother of Robert and Bryan Hesson, beloved sister of David Vaeth and wife Barbara, dear aunt of Elisabeth Vaeth and Kathryn Vaeth.
She is also survived by her ex-husband Ronald Mayhew. She was pre-deceased by her husband Charles Truman Hesson, her partner Kenneth Lipps, her father Harold Vaeth, her mother Margaret Vaeth and her brother Robert Vaeth. She was a long time employee and retiree of Johns Hopkins University. Friends can donate to her favorite charity St Jude Children’s Research Hospital or any charity of their choosing.
