Mary Virginia Cofiell

Mary Virginia Cofiell (nee Duffy), age 90, of Baltimore, MD passed away on September 18, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Gene Austin Cofiell, Sr.; devoted mother of Gene A. “Bunky” Cofiell and his wife Monica, Nancy L. Cumberledge and her husband Danny, Sr., Carol L. Reely and her late husband Charles, Michael A. Cofiell and his wife Darlene, and Stephen A. Cofiell and his wife Cynthia; loving grandmother of Brian Cofiell, Emily Cofiell and her wife Ami Hastings, Christopher Cofiell, Danny Cumberledge, Jr. and his wife Kelly, Jean Cumberledge and her fiancé Thomas Minton, Scott Dietrich and his wife Bonnie, Eric Reely, Gregory Reely and his wife Sarah, Joshua Cofiell and his wife Jennifer, Lindsay Deremeik and her husband Michael, Jeremy Cofiell, Zachary Cofiell, and Patrick Cofiell; cherished great-grandmother of Molly Cumberledge, Cooper Cumberledge, Declan Reely, Gabriel Reely, Declan Deremeik, Levi Deremeik, Brayden Cofiell, Donovan Cofiell, and Kaitlyn Cofiell and dear sister of the late Dorothy Nagle.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 3-7 P.M. A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 10 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park Cemetery.
