On November 24, 2023, John Maximillian Kirby passed away. He was the beloved husband of Ellen E. Kirby; devoted father of Heather E. Spivey, her husband Jason, Brian T. Kirby, his wife Melissa P. Weinberg; loving grandfather of Hunter Spivey, Eli Kirby, Dax Kirby; dear brother of the late Helena Huston.
