On July 26, 2022 Jocelyn Elshout Young passed away at her home with her family by her side. Daughter to Jack and Betty Elshout, she was the beloved wife of Craig William Young; devoted mother of Jake H. King, Seanna J. Philchuk and her husband Ted, and Nicole V. Epp and her husband Jake; loving grandmother of Michael, Simon, and Jocy King, Sienna Philchuk, and Hannah and Jet Epp; sister of Jackie Macinnes and the late Judy Doyle.
Jocy was a character who loved her dogs and horses, who was an avid gardener, who was always there to care for her grandkids, and who loved driving fast cars. She was a wonderful friend to many and enjoyed spending time on the water with them. Always young at heart, she will be missed.
Services and interment will be privately held in August. Those desiring, may make a memorial donation in Jocelyn's name to the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org.
