On October 11, 2017 Joan Arlene Canter passed away. She was the beloved wife of 65 years of Frederick Canter, Sr.; devoted mother of Frederick Canter, Jr., Mark Canter, Sr., Wayne Canter, Scott Canter and his wife Kimberly, and Glenn Canter and his wife Lisa; cherished grandmother of Mark Jr., Ashley and Ryan Kosmicky, Scott Jr., Katelyn, and Kira; loving great-grandmother of Ryleigh and Bennett Kosmicky; dear aunt of Lee Meyers, Mary Walpole, Patsy Kleiderlein, and Joan Glascock.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
