James R. DeRosa

On April 4, 2017, James Robert DeRosa passed away. He was the beloved partner of Rosemary Deal and her family; devoted father of Lisa D. George and her husband Brian, Jessica D. Numbers and her husband Steve, Linda D. Petre and her husband Michael; loving grandfather of Joshua and Zachary Numbers; dear brother of Cathy Grimes, Joyce Contrino and her husband Vince, Theresa Wilkinson and her husband Richard, and Cindie Mistler and her husband Craig, and the late John DeRosa and Robert DeRosa, Jr. Also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday April 6, 2017 form 3-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11am at the funeral home. Interment services will follow at Moreland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James’ name to the American Heart Association 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979.
