Ida Helen (Rybinski) Rogers (nee Kotkowski) of Rosedale MD, passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 94; beloved wife of 53 years of the late Allen (Rybinski) Rogers; devoted mother of Patricia Mann and husband Timothy; loving daughter of the late Felix and Jadwiga Kotkowski; dear sister of the late Casimir, James, Joseph, and Edwin Kotkowski. Also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
