Helen Lucille Murphy

On April 1, 2022, Helen Lucille Murphy passed away peacefully at home with her daughters by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Bernard M. Murphy; devoted mother of Clara L. Murphy and Jo-Ann Murphy; dear sister of the late Agnes Mathaney, Francis Rosenberger, Howard Rosenberger, Rita Faulstich, and Clara Hradsky. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, to include her very special and close goddaughter Mary Jo Thomas and her husband Mike and their family.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 10 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org, or the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org.
