George Donald Horrocks, Sr., age 73, of Perry Hall, MD, passed away on December 1, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Janet Antoinette Horrocks (nee Ciresi); devoted father of George D. Horrocks, Jr., Michelle A. Entsminger and her husband Jeffrey, and Amy P. Palm and her husband Thomas; loving grandfather of Brittany Scott and her husband Paul, Keirsten Dillon and her husband Gabriel, Matthew Banaszkiewicz, Megan Palm, Bradley Palm, Elizabeth Horrocks, and Nicholas Palm; cherished great-grandfather of Liam, Isabella, Thomas, Kylee, Gemma, Elena, Bentley, Lucia, George, and James; dear brother of the late Thomas J. Coulthard; loving brother-in-law of Carol Coulthard, John Ciresi and his wife Mary, and Augie Ciresi and his wife Deborah. Also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, December 5, 2022, from 2-5 PM and 7-9 PM. Further visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the Community Christian Church, 8009 Corporate Drive, Nottingham, MD 21236, from 10-11 AM; at which time a funeral service will begin. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in George’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
