On September 17, 2014, Frank E. Cooper, beloved husband of Marie E. Cooper (nee Young); devoted father of Robert A. Cooper and wife Nadine; loving grandfather of James R. and Michael A. Cooper; dear brother of Clair Bates, Bette McCue, and the late Robert Cooper, Elba Cooper and Jeanne Phinney; brother-in-law of Ralph W. Harris and wife D. Louise. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
