On April 9, 2022, Dr. Edward Theodore Patro passed away. He was the beloved husband of Dolores Ann Patro (nee Christ); devoted father of Edward John Patro and his significant other Robin Kraft; dear brother of John Patro, Robert Patro and his wife Sharon, David Patro and his wife Brenda, and Kathleen Abriles and her husband Oscar. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Edward was very proud to be a teacher for many years at Calvert Hall College. Teaching for Edward was not just a career; it was a true passion and vocation.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 10 AM, at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment services will be private.
