Beverly Jean Wirtz (nee Sersen), age 65, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on September 29, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Harvey W. “Kip” Wirtz, III; devoted mother of Randy Allen Farlow, Jr.; dear step-mother of Carrie Ann Lane; loving grandmother of Stephen Wirtz Lane; cherished sister of Raymond Sersen and his wife Yvonne, Robert Sersen and his late wife Carol, Ronald Sersen and his late wife Lori, Rochelle Allgeier, Gerard Sersen and his wife Karen, William Sersen and his wife Mary, and Darlene Greif and her late husband Walter.Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 2-6 PM, with a funeral service to begin at 6 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Beverly’s name to ALS Research at www.als.org, or to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
