Betty Elaine Hines, age 96, of Parkville, Maryland passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Hines, Jr., devoted mother of Barbara A. Ritter(Henry), Patricia L.Gordon (James E.) Frank E. Hines (Wendy), and the late Robert Millard Hines(Deborah); loving grandmother of Lauren Joyner (Richard), Steven Ritter (Jasmine), Devin Hines, and Jonathan Hines; dear great-grandmother of Ashley Joyner, Sarah Joyner, Paige Joyner, Brooklyn Ritter, and Mila Ritter.
