On March 22, 2016, Arthur V. Hall, Jr. passed away peacefully with his wife and loved ones by his side. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen R. Hall (nee Falter); devoted son of the late Arthur and Anne Hall (nee Kasper); dear brother of Geraldine Lundquist and her husband Bob, and Elaine Ehrhardt and her late husband Jim; loving brother-in-law of Cecelia Laumann and her husband Phil, Mary Touhey, Robert Falter and his wife Joan, and George Falter, Jr. and his wife Jean. Also survived by his cherished “fur children” Bugsy, Bailey, Joey, and Momma Cat, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Art graduated from Calvert Hall High School and served in the United States Air Force. Art retired from A&P/Super Fresh where he worked for 40 years. He served as an Usher at St. Joseph Fullerton. He was known by his neighbors for his elaborate outdoor holiday decorations, and was well known as an avid Colts fan (until they left town) and a Ravens fan forever. In fact he was known as the Ravens Fan 12th Man.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday March 28th from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30am at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
