Prochaska and the late Herman J. Prochaska and Martin E. Prochaska; dear sister Sarah Schultz, Patricia Paul and Richard Krueger; loving grandmother of Christopher Prochaska and Jeffrey Prochaska, Maria Sparr and Alex Tana; cherished grandmother of 4 great grandchildren.
