Robert F. Goonan

GOONAN, Robert F., lifelong resident of Norwood, passed away on July 10, 2017. He was 73 years of age. Bob was an avid sports fan and enjoyed traveling to the cape. He was an honored member of the Norwood Colonial Boys for over 30 years. Bob was a master plumber who owned his own business in Norwood for many years.Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Pace) Goonan. Loving father of Calie Senna and her husband James of Bellingham, Robert Goonan and his partner Kim Wensley of Raynham, and Scott Guilbeault and his wife Tricia of Pembroke. Cherished grandfather of Cassandra and Alexander Senna, Jake, Ryan and Brendan Goonan, and Sophia and Ava Guilbeault. Devoted brother of Richard Goonan and his wife Julie of Holden, Mary Chilcot and her husband Fred of West Wareham and the late James Goonan Jr. and his surviving wife Sara Ann of Burlington. Son of the late James and Nora (Connolly) Goonan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood on Saturday, July 15th at 10am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood. Burial will be private in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Visiting hours will be Friday from 4-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Robert F.
