Richard W. Curran

Curran, Richard W., 83, of Norwood, Friday, July 27, at home. Richard served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict and was a retired Vice President of Bay State Federal Savings and Loan in Brookline.

He was the widower of Anne (McCarthy), beloved father of Richard J. Curran, of Reston, VA, Robert N. Curran and his wife Kathy, of Hornbrook, CA, and John D. Curran and his wife Jacqueline of Alpharetta, GA, the dear brother of the late Warren Curran, the cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Sean, Robert, Caitie, Colleen, Rachelle, Michael and Charlie Curran, great grandfather of Coral, Paige and Jasper and uncle of several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors at the the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD, Monday, July 30, from 4-8 PM. The funeral will begin at the Gillooly Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 31, at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Timothy, Norwood, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
