Nicholas R. Tessitore

Mr. Tessitore was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in Korea and following his honorable discharge, he continued a career with the Navy for many years.

Beloved husband for 62 years of the late Anna M. (Barsotti) Tessitore. Devoted father of Nicholas R. Tessitore and his wife Patricia of Norton, and Deborah A. McManus of Norwood. Cherished grandfather of Katie, Trisha, and Amy Tessitore, and Sarah, Gerard, and Caroline McManus. Brother of Josie McDermott of Franklin, Robert Tessitore of OH, James Tessitore of Athol, and the late Beverly Beauschene, and George and Richard Tessitore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 8th at 11:00am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 547 Washington St. NORWOOD. Interment will follow the Mass in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. There will be no calling hours. Funeral arrangements by Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., Norwood.
