Jennifer Elizabeth (Hill) DeLaria

Jennifer Elizabeth (Hill) DeLaria, 52, of Norwood died peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 24 surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the devoted wife of Allan DeLaria, to whom she had been married for 20 years.

Born in Hyde Park MA, daughter of the late Frederick Hill and Patricia (Whalen) Hill, Jennifer has resided in Norwood for the past 22 years.

She attended Mt. Alvernia High School and was a graduate of Providence College. Jen was a Business Analyst for John Hancock Mutual Fund & Life Insurance Company for 27 years, and prior to that at First Data Investor Services Group (where she met Allan).

A communicant of St. Timothy’s Church in Norwood, Jen was active in the Norwood community and involved with Cleveland School PTO and St. Timothy’s CCD. Jen loved the beach and enjoyed spending every summer with her family on Cape Cod.

Cherished siblings Elizabeth (Hill) and Scott Swenson of Randolph, Matthew Hill of Hyde Park, Patrick and Michelle (Kennedy) Hill of Dedham, and Kendra Hill of Hyde Park

Beloved nieces and nephews, Riley Swenson, Eva, Cameron and Lila Hill, Corey and Connor Nixon, and Joshua and Katie Langley

Visiting hours are Friday, May 27, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., Norwood .
