Frederick Anthony Zajac

Mr. Zajac was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy.

Beloved husband of Mona (Crowley) Zajac; loving father of Cathleen Pellegrine and her husband William of Norwood, Frederick A. Zajac, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Medfield, Janice Ciannavei and her husband Peter of Wrentham, and Michelle Breen and her husband Lawrence of Franklin; cherished grandfather of Michael, David, Monica, Julie, Marissa, Matthew, Abigail, Meghan, and Patrick; proud great-grandfather of Isabella and Anthony. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 6th at 9:00am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Timothy’s

Church, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood. Interment will follow the Mass in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday, July 5th from 4:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
