Edna M. Avery

AVERY, Edna M. (Robinson) 97, of Norwood, Wednesday March 28. Born in Hovedgaard, Denmark she was the daughter of the late Edward and Laura (Lauridsen) Robinson. Beloved wife of the late Paul A. Avery. Devoted mother of Pamela Macdonald of Burlington, and Bruce Avery of Barton VT. Cherished grandmother of Philip and Darren Macdonald, and Elizabeth Avery. Loving great-grandmother of Colin and Andrew Macdonald. A gifted artist who painted many personal portraits, Edna was a graduate of the New England School of Art. She was a WW II U.S.M.C. Veteran, and was the Proprietor of the Lady Bug Shop in Walpole. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Monday April 9, at Highland Cemetery, NORWOOD at 11 o’clock.
