DOLAN, Charles E., Jr. (BPD Ret.), 68, of Marshfield & Westwood, passed away April 30, 2015. Husband of Susanne (Taylor) Dolan, beloved father to Meghan of Marshfield & Charles T. of Boston and his best girls Kasey & Harley. Born in Boston, he is predeceased by his parents, Charles E. (BFD) & Frances (McInnis) of Jamaica Plain; grandparents Everett (BFD) & Ann of Jamaica Plain, aunt Isabelle of W. Roxbury, brother Richard F. (USAF) of Randolph & twin sister Marie. Survivors include his brothers Michael (BFD) of Roslindale; Thomas (BFD) & Rosemary St. Clair of W. Roxbury; Paul (BFD) & his wife Maryann (Shea) of Norwood; and his sister Joanne Kenneally & David Logan of Dedham; many nephews & nieces including Molly of W. Roxbury, Kristin & Kyle of Norwood, George, Patrick & Katie Kenneally of Dedham; Debbie McFarland of Peachtree City, GA and Dr. Cheri Lowre of Woodland Hills, CA. Charlie was a choir member of St. Denis Church in Westwood. After an early retirement, Charlie spent his time with his children coaching them and their teams beginning with CYO basketball and Westwood Recreation coaching for baseball, softball, basketball, & soccer. He enjoyed fishing & boating & the beach in Marshfield. His wonderful sense of humor will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4th, at 10:00 AM at the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., NORWOOD, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Denis Church, 157 Washington St., Westwood. Burial will follow at New Cavalry Cemetery, 800 Harvard Street, Mattapan, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, May 3rd, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Marshfield Senior Center, Council on Aging, 230 Webster Street, Marshfield, MA 02050. A special thanks to his phenomenal caregivers in Marshfield.
