Beloved son of Bartley E. King, Jr. of Norwood and the late Judith (Casey); Loving father of Matthew J. King and Mason E. King, both of Franklin and Molly L. King of Wrentham. Brother of the late Jason King and former husband of Melanie Ricker. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bartley grew up in Norfolk, graduated from King Philip Regional High, class of 1987, and owned and operated King Contracting Co., Inc. in Wrentham. He was an avid outdoor sportsman, a Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins fan and most of all, enjoyed fishing and traveling with his children.
Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 20th at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
