Annie M. O'Sullivan

Annie Mary O’Sullivan, 91, originally from Bray, Ireland and a resident of Norwood, MA for fifty-one years, died peacefully on June 9, 2012, surrounded by her nephews Stephen Schofield of Merrimack, NH, Harding Schofield of Concord, NH and nieces Sheila (Schofield) Jesseman of Merrimack, NH and Patricia Timmoney of Norwood, MA. Beloved sister of Eddie O’Sullivan of Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Daughter of the late Annie (Price) and Edward O’Sullivan. She is predeceased by sisters Julia (Sheila) Byrne, Kathleen Schofield (her twin), Norah Timmoney, Eileen and brother Patrick O’Sullivan. She was the loving godmother of Janet (Wohler) Rinne. She was greatly loved by her seventeen nieces and nephews, and predeceased by her niece, Joyce O’Sullivan. She also leaves more than forty grand nieces and nephews, predeceased by grand-nephew, Aaron Patrick O’Sullivan. Annie leaves more than fifteen great nieces and nephews and predeceased by Freya Jane Ledwidge-Plunkett. She made her home with niece, Patricia Timmoney and her daughers Noreen and Maggie. She was employed for many years by Polaroid Corporation. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 10am Saint Catherine’s of Siena, Norwood, MA. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Friends may call on Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 4-7 pm at Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street, (Rte 1A), Norwood. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Catherine of Siena Parish, 547 Washington Street, Norwood, MA 02062.
