Timothy M. Barry

Born in Hamilton in March of 1984, Tim was the son of Martin and Rhonda Miller Barry. He grew up in the Norwich, Oxford, and McDonough areas and was a graduate of the Oxford High School. Following graduation, Tim went to work for the Dave Evans farm in Norwich and was employed for a brief time by Chenango Asphalt in North Norwich before relocating to Hudson in 2005. While there, he worked for the Hudson Terrace Apts. as a maintenance tech. A happy sort of guy who would do anything for anyone, Tim enjoyed tinkering on cars, driving in demo derbies, 4-wheeling, fishing, and hunting.

Tim is survived by his parents, Martin and Rhonda Barry; sisters Ashley Barry and Tiffany Warner and husband Richard; and his brother, Nathan Barry, all of Norwich. Also surviving is his paternal grandmother, Kay Barry of Norwich, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tim was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Bill and Pat Miller, and his paternal grandfather, Maynard "Pete" Barry.

Funeral services for Tim will be held on Tues., Aug. 16, at 10:00 a.m. from the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home. Dave Evans of Norwich will officiate. Interment will follow in the Taylor Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home on Monday from 6-8 p.m.
