

He was born May 20, 1944 in North Tonawanda, NY, the son of Robert and Corrine Tuttle.
Richard was a veteran of the Vietnam War era, serving in the United States Army.
He was an avid outdoorsman, and he loved old cars and attending car shows.
Richard is survived by his children: Craig Roberts and his wife Karin, Robert Tuttle and his wife Sharon, and Richard (Ricky) Tuttle; his grandchildren, whom he was very fond of: Erik Roberts and his wife Cynthia, Sara May and her husband Travis, Kristyn Crossway and her husband Greg, Craig Roberts Jr., Courtney Irvin, and Haleigh Irvin; and his great-grandchildren: Roy (son of Kristyn & Greg), Laney (daughter of Courtney), and Scarlett (daughter of Haliegh); as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents: Robert & Corrine Tuttle; his sister: Lynn Tuttle; and his son: Gregory Tuttle.
Burial will take place in North Norwich Cemetery at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
